I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. It had very amiable and efficient staff. The location was particularly good and perfect, short walk to airport, and Jacksonville and easily accessible.

Its location is nice & excellent, right by downtown and airport and beaches. Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and efficient.

Its location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the middle of jackson, and in a beautiful area. I often went to Zaxby's to pick up some food.

Location: the hotel was not far from downtown, airport and beaches. West Jacksonville district was definitely worth visiting.

During our stay at Holiday Inn Express, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hotel was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant environment for our stay. The location near the expressway was convenient for easy travel. Additionally, we appreciated that no charges were made to our car, as we had chosen to pay at the hotel upon arrival. we would recommend this hotel for a positive and enjoyable stay.

The room is extremely spacious and immaculate, that is important to us. The large bathroom is absolutely the best.

The hotel was located near the expressway and had a modern, well-lit room with a spacious bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Despite being a nearly empty hotel, the rooms were nicely refurbished with comfortable beds and good lighting.

Despite multiple requests for clean towels and the removal of trash, nothing was done. , the free breakfast left much to be desired with a very limited range of options.

The breakfast options were limited and there were no bacon, pancakes, or biscuits. Some of the sheets looked of lower quality and the shower base edge was dirty.

We were fortunate to find this hotel after experiencing a terrible ordeal with the hotel across the street. The receptionist was exceptional and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room clean and spacious, with a beautiful standing glass shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with sheets that were soft and inviting. The pool area was also spotless and well-maintained. we appreciated the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff's friendly demeanor.

Nothing not to love about this hotel.
